  1. WE DO NOT PROVIDE NARCOTICS.
  2. We will not refill medications in the evenings or weekends.
  3. Evening and weekend phone calls are for emergencies.  Headaches and non-emergency issues will be handled during regular business hours.
  4. All cancellations must be notified 24 hours in advance.
  5. NO SHOW fee must be paid prior to next scheduled visit.
  6. Patients with more than 2 no shows will be discharged from the clinic.
  7. New patients should arrive 15 minutes early for their appointment in order to complete paperwork.  If a patient is more than ten minutes late for an appointment he/she may be asked to reschedule.
